Dense is now selling advance tickets for the show of the summer in Berlin on the 17th of July, with Dälek, Scorn, Drumcorps and Dense’s Sudden Deaf playing at Maria Am Ostbahnhof.

The tickets are now available at the store, and cost 10 € (instead of 12 € at the door), and this party is very recommended by the Dense team.

Dense now has a limited contingent of tickets for the 2008 edition of the South Of Mainstream festival, which will take place on the 29th and 30th of August in Cammer, quite close to Berlin.

This festival will be headlined by Dense’s favorite Dälek, and also performing are fine acts such as Knut, Bulbul, A Storm Of Light, Android Empire and a lot more.

The pre-sales tickets we have cost 34 €, and are now available at the store. Be quick, as we have only a limited number of tickets to sell.

Not a Dense show per se, but we are now selling tickets for the concert of Apparat (with full band) and Pluramon (featuring Julia Hummer) taking place at the Lido in Berlin on the 28th of May. Quite a nice occasion and place to celebrate the recent release of Apparat’s double CD “Things to be frickled”.
Presale tickets cost 12 € (instead of the 15 € you would have to shell out at the door), and are available from now on at the store in the Oderberger str.

The special recommendation of the week goes to “Die Allianz“, a.k.a. a collective formed by our very own Skate together with Modeselektor, Labland, Grimetime, Revolution no 5 and ~Scape, who present quite the introduction event this week at Berlin’s Tape club.

That’s plenty of grime, dubstep and techno for all those of you who will have survived the Mayday, and mainly. In the main hall,  the Krsnskate DJ team kicks the doors open at 23h, followed by Sick Girls, Housemeister, Kode9 (feat Spaceape) and Modeselektor. The second room will be taken care of by the ~Scape people, celebrating the release of their new compilation, “Round Black Ghosts” (which you should make sure to get at Dense), with Pole, 2562 and Pinch.

The yellow fever kicks in at 23h at Tape (Heidestr 34 in Berlin) this Friday (May 2nd), and is definitely recommended by the whole Dense team.

-April 15th: Japan’s Lambent will play for a release-party of his new 3″ CD on Stillavailable at Pampero (Prenzlauer 242-247, also in Prenzlauer Berg), together with Dense’s Disscoxx (who happens to also go by the name Marius Reisser).
